The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to the booking date.
With more than 14 days notice of cancellation the deposit is returned in full.
The remaining payment is due five working days prior to crafting your topper.

Postage & Packaging
Postage and packaging are charged at £9.99, which includes Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery, Next Day Signed For' service, and packaging costs.
Toppers are protected with bubble wrap and polystyrene chips, then boxed within a double-walled cardboard box for safe transit.
